		<description>Even easier that flour tortillas are corn.  Most supermarkets carry Masa corn, it is nixtamalized corn flour.  Just add warm water and salt.  There is usually a recipe on the bag.  Make small balls and roll out between 2 sheets of plastic wrap.  Cook on an un-greased griddle or cast iron pan.  They don&#039;t store well, but if you have leftovers you can cut them up and deep fry them for home made tortilla chips.</description>
