		<description>I started using a similar process a few years ago.  I preheat the over to 375 and put the cobs on cookie sheets and bake for 40 minutes.  Ta Da!  It comes out perfect every time! - no need for soaking or tin foil.  In over 2 years I&#039;ve only had one bad ear.</description>
