		<description>I just made these tonight (as my title says I am quite lazy and was looking for quick food ideas) and they were amazing! Of course mine didn&#039;t come out quite as pretty as yours lol but they were still quite yummy!

I did get inspired and made an alternate version which I absolutely loved!! Instead of adding the pear, honey, and crushed red pepper I use porkchop slices and a cinnamon mango apple sauce compote of my own creation. The mango and apple sweeten the pork and compliment the gorgonzola so well. I admit I love it better than your version, but if I had never come across your delicious recipie I would never have made it! Keep cooking I love your work!</description>
