		<description>I like to use whole tomatoes in the can, then puree them.  That way I know I&#039;m not getting the tomato &quot;scraps&quot;.  And I might use fresh oregano too!  Great idea!  Never thought of using a crock pot...it probably keep the tomatoes from getting too acidic as well.  Thanks!</description>
