		<description>I made this yesterday night on a whim because I remembered reading this post.  I didn&#039;t have blue cheese, but I did have feta, and I added some chives, since I have a fresh herb box garden.  The kids couldn&#039;t stop eating it with fresh carrot slices.  Thanks!</description>
